Engagement Rules

All client work is governed by mutually signed statements of work (SOWs), master services agreements (MSAs), or pilot agreements. Those documents take precedence over anything stated on this website.

• Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the SOW we both sign.
• Each party retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property.
• New IP created during an engagement is transferred according to the terms in your contract (typically full transfer upon payment).

Responsible Use

Do not misuse our infrastructure, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or probe for vulnerabilities. We actively monitor and will revoke access or seek legal remedies if we detect abuse.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms when our services evolve. Material changes will be highlighted for at least 30 days on this page so you can review them before they take effect.
